In the past decade, there has been a wave of technology in hearing health care. There are no longer a few options for hearing aid sound quality and sound processing capabilities. There are now numerous options. Our consumer's guide is organized in a format that will help you to make an informed decision. We are going to work from the technology ladder shown below.

Our ladder categorizes hearing aid circuits and price options. The top of the ladder represents the highest technology 100% digital signal processing hearing aids. The low step on the ladder represents the oldest technology, in turn the least expensive hearing aids.
